The conference fee for participants covers:
- Participation in the entire scientific program
- Certificate of attendance
- Coffee breaks and lunches
- Conference dinner on 10 September 2025 (except for students)
The excursion fee covers:
- Trip by train and tram towards Luxembourg City
- English speaking guide in groups of max. 20 participants
- 2-hour walking tour of +/- 3 km (City Promenade) to discover, among many others, the prestigious grand ducal Palace, the Corniche also known as the “most beautiful balcony in Europe” as well as the Bock promontory, the cradle of Luxembourg City
