Transportation

The website of the Luxembourg Transport Association, mobiliteit.lu, allows you to easily plan your journey.

All public transport, including buses, trains and trams, is free throughout Luxembourg.

Tram Line T1 takes you to Luxembourg Central Station (journey time: approximately 28 minutes).

Bus lines 29 and 223 take you to Luxembourg Central Station (journey time: approximately 25-30 minutes).

Construction work

Please note that due to construction work, train services between Luxembourg and Bettembourg are disrupted from 11 July 2025 10:15 p.m. to 15 September 2025 4:00 a.m.. Replacement buses are provided.

Primary bus departure points at Luxembourg Gare are Quai 101 and Quai 102 (look for CFL signage).

Taxis in Luxembourg can be expensive, with fares from the airport to the campus ranging from 85 € to 150 €, and from Luxembourg Central Station starting at 60 € (depending on the time of day).
